Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to eligible purchases made through Diagnostic India channels (website, app, or centre-assisted bookings) unless a specific offer or contract states otherwise.

  • Diagnostic services & appointments: Many lab tests and imaging services are scheduled and performed as per your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling may be allowed within the time window communicated at booking. Refunds, if applicable, follow the same rules as our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Health products & retail items: Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within the return window stated on your invoice or product page, subject to category rules (e.g. sealed medicines may be non-returnable as per law).
  • Damaged or incorrect shipments should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details to support@diagnosticindia.com.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines of banks and payment partners.
